History
Search & Select Offshore was formed in 1998 through one man’s vision – Chairman Alan Burman, MREC. With a background in senior retail and business development management, Alan Burman was determined Search & Select should stand apart from other recruitment agencies, and created a tight-knit business of skilled, enthusiastic consultants who understood the industry, could meet and exceed their client companies’ expectations and would only ever select the most suitable candidates.
It’s a vision that has seen Search & Select become the preferred agency for many candidates and clients.
