Our client seeks an administrator to join their team.
 
The main purpose of this role is to support the administration team in the management of various portfolios of companies and trusts.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the administration of companies and trusts under supervision.
  • Assist with the preparation of minutes and resolutions under supervision.
  • Develop an understanding of the various types of entities that are managed.
  • Develop a basic knowledge of Anti Money Laundering & compliance legislation requirements which apply to Fiduciaries.
  • Develop a good working knowledge of Microsoft programs and Viewpoint.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the CSP and/or Financial Services sector
  • 5 GCSE' at Grade C or above
  • Have good attention to detail and able to produce accurate work.
  • Able to work under own initiative.
  • Flexible working attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to develop a good working relationship with external and internal clients.
  • Dedicated to providing a very good level of service to external and internal clients.
