Our client seeks an Administrator to assist their team on a 9 to 12 months contract.
Role Profile: The main purpose of the role is to provide a high standard of customer and support services to members of the public and the Department.  
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing a range of applications in accordance with relevant regulations
  • Process a range of invoices in accordance with Financial Regulations
  • Assisting with processing and administration of Loans
  • Daily review and reply/redirection of routine enquiries via the Department's email enquiry inbox's.
  • Answering the phone and dealing with queries proactively and professionally.
  • Cover and back-up secretarial, telephone, reception, postal and other corporate support services through key operational periods.
  • Assist with the rollout and delivery of new online services offerings as applicable.
  • Provision of records management support activities, including the transfer or destruction of records in accordance with the Department's Records Retention Schedule.
  • Maintenance of the filing and archiving systems for the Division.
  • Assist with the delivery of any designated project work packages within the Division.
 
Key Requirements
  • Previous office experience
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask whilst delivering tasks to agreed timescales.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
