AEOI Administrator

Our client is seeking an AEOI Administrator to join their team.
 
You will monitor and control the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI) reporting process annually and assist with the classification of client entities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that the AEOI reporting is accurate and completed on a timely basis.
  • Evidence the classification of the client entities and ensure the records held on the system are accurate and up to date.
  • Liaise with the Fiduciary Management and Administration Team to ensure self-certification forms are requested when necessary and the ongoing monitoring of trigger events.
  • Liaise with the Income Tax Division regarding any AEOI reporting queries.
  • Provide AEOI training/support to the Fiduciary Management and Administration Team where necessary on an individual basis through in-house training.
  • Ensure service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Use best judgement to highlight and report significant matters to the Tax Manager.
  • Maintain exceptional levels of service at all times with the emphasis on 'adding value'
  • Support and develop relationships with the wider team
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a CRS/FATCA role.
  • Experience of managing projects would be advantageous.
  • Awareness of Isle of Man Guidance for FATCA and CRS
  • Knowledge of ViewPoint would be advantageous.
  • Possess excellent communication skills enabling effective contact at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to plan and carry out own work under general direction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of all relevant internal and external procedures, policies, regulations and guidelines.
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to help others.
  • Friendly and professional manner.
