Fiduciary Administrator - Isle of Man
Our clients are seeking an experienced Fiduciary Administrator to join their growing Trust & Corporate Service Provider team in the north of the island. If you have a solid background in fiduciary structures and corporate governance, this is your opportunity to make an impact while advancing your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of corporate, trust, and foundation clients, ensuring excellent client focused service.
- Administer companies, trusts, and foundations, including asset acquisitions and disposals of property, yachts, and shares.
- Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Process payments, update databases, and prepare statutory documents.
- Handle client invoicing and manage debtors efficiently.
- Support the formation and termination of structures.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of TCSP experience with strong fiduciary and governance knowledge.
- Desire to pursue a professional qualification (e.g., CGI or STEP Certification).
- Excellent organization, time management, and customer service skills.
- Proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; ViewPoint knowledge is a plus.
