Our Client is looking for an individual with existing fiduciary experience that can hit the ground running as a Fiduciary Administrator.
 
Role Profile:  You will have a good understanding of fiduciary structures and corporate governance and will be keen to continue a career within a quick-growing Trust & Corporate Service Provider on the Isle of Man. Assisting with the management of a portfolio of corporate, trust and foundation clients, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering Companies, Trusts and Foundations established in a variety of jurisdictions to a high standard of service, including involvement in the acquisition and disposal of assets / liabilities such as residential and commercial property, private yachts, private and public shares and other commercial ventures
  • To be a point of contact for corporate and foundation clients and to deal with their specific enquiries
  • Preparing and inputting bank payments as required and using various online banking platforms.
  • Ensuring the database is updated accurately with information held for personal and corporate/foundation data for each entity
  • Preparing and filing statutory documents dealing with amendments to company and foundation particulars and recording amendments to relevant databases
  • Providing high quality customer service to a portfolio of clients
  • Despatch fee invoices to corporate, trust & foundation clients and monitor debtors
  • Completion of Formation & Dissolution/Termination procedures on behalf of corporate, trusts & foundation structures
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • 2+ years TCSP experience with a good understanding of fiduciary structures and corporate governance
  • Qualified, part qualified or willing to work towards a professional qualification such as CGI Foundation Programme Certificate in International Finance and Administration or STEP Certification in International Trust Management.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive, flexible and pro-active approach to work
  • Calm and customer service-centric approach to work
  • Experience & good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Recent working knowledge of ViewPoint would be a distinct advantage.
