File Review Administrator

Our client is seeking a File Review Administrator to join their team.
 
Your main focus will be to ensure the timely and accurate completion of client entity reviews in accordance with procedures. The successful candidate will be someone who can develop and maintain a 'can do' culture wherein people are commercially aware, fully focussed and able to meet efficiency targets.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Document and manage action points
  • Periodic and ad hoc reviews
  • Ensure reviews are completed in a timely manner
  • Contribute to the process via improvement ideas and to the overall risk framework
  • Input into updating relevant policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory obligations and best practice
  • Ensure service standards and company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Using best judgement to highlight and report significant matters to Line Management
  • Supporting and developing relationships with the wider team
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a CSP environment
  • A professional qualification such as STEP/ICSA or similar relevant qualification would be preferred
  • Possess excellent communication skills and 'people awareness' combined with the ability to establish productive working relationship with teams
  • Effectively plan and execute their own working day to ensure deadlines are met
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and an enquiring personality
  • An excellent understanding of the Anti-Money Laundering code would be preferred
  • Possess the ability to analyse and identify risks, and document accordingly
  • A working knowledge of relevant computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Viewpoint, Laserfiche)
  • A willingness to learn and develop in the role and work as part of a team
