The Role
You  will be an ambitious professional who can take responsibility for developing the practice on the Island while aligning with firmwide strategic plan and objectives. Significant opportunity exists to expand services provided to current and new clients based on the Island by leveraging the wider firms service lines and professionals. There is an opportunity for the right person to enter the firm at Director level and unlock untapped areas for growth on the Island.

Key Essential Skills & Experience:
  • ATT/ACA/ACCA or CTA qualified
  • Given the highly regulated nature of the business, you should have a minimum of 10 years' experience operating at a senior level within a professional services accounting practice. This experience can be in any of the disciplines of Audit, Tax or Advisory but the candidate should have the capacity to demonstrate a detailed awareness and knowledge of the whole business.
  • You will be an excellent communicator and demonstrate capacity to engage in proactive business development of all service lines in conjunction with the existing teams and the wider firm.
  • Experience of managing a team of senior professionals who will report to him/her and will take responsibility for overseeing the practice management issues with the assistance of the well-resourced operations team.
  • It is envisaged that the candidate could emerge as a potential partner as the growth of the practice is delivered and this ambition should be a key driver for potential applicants.
