Our client seeks a Part-Time Office Manager and Bookkeeper for 20 -24 hours per week
This role combines day to day office management with bookkeeping responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations.
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries.
- Record daily financial transactions, including purchases and incoming payments. Experience of QuickBooks is preferred.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Process payroll.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments collected.
- Prepare and issue management accounts, including balance sheets and income statements.
