Our client seeks a Part-Time Office Manager and Bookkeeper for 20 -24 hours per week
 
This role combines day to day office management with bookkeeping responsibilities.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee general office operations.
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related enquiries.
  • Record daily financial transactions, including purchases and incoming payments. Experience of QuickBooks is preferred.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Process payroll.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices are processed and payments collected.
  • Prepare and issue management accounts, including balance sheets and income statements.
