Overview
We are seeking a Records Management Administrator for a three-month project. The role involves organising and streamlining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the transition to improved systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Organise, index, and maintain physical and digital records for easy access.
- Assist with data migration and secure archiving of inactive records.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Support staff with records management systems and processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Relevant qualification in Records Management or similar.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally with digitisation and archiving.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office.
