Overview
We are seeking a Records Management Administrator for a three-month project. The role involves organising and streamlining records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the transition to improved systems.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Organise, index, and maintain physical and digital records for easy access.
  • Assist with data migration and secure archiving of inactive records.
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Support staff with records management systems and processes.
 
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Relevant qualification in Records Management or similar.
  • Experience in a similar role, ideally with digitisation and archiving.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with document management software and Microsoft Office.
