Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive.
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding their client base, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
- Conduct market research to uncover potential prospects and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
