Our client is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive.
 
This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding their client base, and building long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Conduct market research to uncover potential prospects and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and support.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
