Senior Product Manager

Our client seeks a Senior Product Manager - Mobile to join their team for a 12 month contract.  
   
You will own and drive the strategy for mobile services across markets, delivering exceptional customer experiences while increasing market share and net revenues.  
   
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic evolution of the product portfolio, balancing innovation with the management of existing offerings.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired assets, aligning processes and customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimise legacy products, ensuring they continue to deliver value in a changing market landscape.
  • Lead the development and management of mobile products and associated service strategies.
  • Optimise digital experiences across all owned products, enhancing customer journeys while reducing support effort and operational costs.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, collaborating with the Head of Product and key stakeholders to drive strategic recommendations that maximise market share, revenue, and margin growth.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of the mobile product portfolio-analysing customer behaviour, financial performance, market trends, and technical viability.
  • Deliver regular KPI, revenue, and research reports to track product performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research to drive ongoing product evolution and customer experience enhancements.
  • Own forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with Finance to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to Retail, Customer Support, and Business teams, acting as a trusted advisor on product-related matters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks to revenue or margin.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Experience in product management and service strategy.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
  • Proven ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and financial performance.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Background in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation would be highly desirable.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in digital transformation and optimising customer journeys.
  • Effective customer relationship management experience.
  • Ability to work in co-operation & collaboration with others.
  • Self-motivated, well-organised and effective at communicating at all organisation levels.
