Our client seeks a Senior Product Manager - Mobile to join their team for a 12 month contract.
You will own and drive the strategy for mobile services across markets, delivering exceptional customer experiences while increasing market share and net revenues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the strategic evolution of the product portfolio, balancing innovation with the management of existing offerings.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired assets, aligning processes and customer experiences.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimise legacy products, ensuring they continue to deliver value in a changing market landscape.
- Lead the development and management of mobile products and associated service strategies.
- Optimise digital experiences across all owned products, enhancing customer journeys while reducing support effort and operational costs.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, collaborating with the Head of Product and key stakeholders to drive strategic recommendations that maximise market share, revenue, and margin growth.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of the mobile product portfolio-analysing customer behaviour, financial performance, market trends, and technical viability.
- Deliver regular KPI, revenue, and research reports to track product performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct industry, competitor, and customer research to drive ongoing product evolution and customer experience enhancements.
- Own forecasting and budgeting processes, working closely with Finance to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Provide expert guidance and support to Retail, Customer Support, and Business teams, acting as a trusted advisor on product-related matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers, proactively identifying and mitigating any risks to revenue or margin.
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in product management and service strategy.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer needs and business objectives.
- Proven ability to analyse market trends, customer behaviour and financial performance.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Background in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimisation would be highly desirable.
- Experience in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.
- Experience in digital transformation and optimising customer journeys.
- Effective customer relationship management experience.
- Ability to work in co-operation & collaboration with others.
- Self-motivated, well-organised and effective at communicating at all organisation levels.
