Our client seeks a Trust & Company Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile: The Administrator will take direct administrative responsibility for a portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to all clients, intermediaries and other stakeholders in support of a client service team, headed by a Client Director.
The role holder will work with the support of their Manager to identify and mitigate risk across their span of control and will be responsible for supporting their team mates, particularly those more junior than themselves.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact directly with clients as required and be responsible for client communication
- Identify client needs and deliver opportunities to drive up levels of client service
- Seek new business opportunities
- Deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
- Support the Client Directors in understanding and acting upon the profitability of their client book
- Reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities with the support of the Manager
- Ensure that agreed business risk targets are met
- Use appropriate technical capability to understand and manage risk within their client book
Key Skills & Experience
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
- Relevant industry experience
- Demonstrate good client service delivery
- Flexible and professional
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent English and Communication skills
- An understanding of other languages is desirable
