Our client is looking for a Trust & Company Administrator to join their friendly team and supportive Team that will assist in further development and qualifications. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
 
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll assist in managing a portfolio of Clients making sure they receive top-quality service. You'll work as part of a client service team handling client communications and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
 
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with clients, building strong relationships.
  • Understand client needs and look for ways to improve service.
  • Spot opportunities for new business.
  • Ensure all client commitments are met on time and to a high standard.
  • Help Client Directors monitor the financial health of their client accounts.
  • Keep an eye on Work in Progress (WIP), ensuring fees are collected on time and revenue opportunities are maximized.
  • Manage risk within your client portfolio and ensure compliance with business targets.
 
What They Are Looking For
  • Working towards or already holding a relevant professional qualification.
  • 1 + Years Experience in Trust and Company Administration.
  • A strong commitment to delivering great client service.
  • A flexible and professional attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Great written and spoken English skills.
  • If you speak other languages, that's a plus!
