Our client seeks a Temporary Administration Support Assistant to join their team.  
   
Key Responsibilities:
  • General administration duties, including standard correspondence, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and updating department records accurately.
  • Input departmental data onto existing information recording systems.
  • Receiving and directing telephone and email enquiries
  • To act as the first point of contact for members of the public/visitors
  • To provide support at recruitment events
  • To provide absence cover for other administrative staff
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
  • Good time management skills
  • Welcoming and friendly demeanour
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
