Our client seeks a Temporary Administration Support Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration duties, including standard correspondence, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, and updating department records accurately.
- Input departmental data onto existing information recording systems.
- Receiving and directing telephone and email enquiries
- To act as the first point of contact for members of the public/visitors
- To provide support at recruitment events
- To provide absence cover for other administrative staff
Key Skills & Experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
- Good time management skills
- Welcoming and friendly demeanour
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
