AML/CFT Administrator

Our client seeks a Temporary Administrative Officer for their AML/CFT Supervision Division.
 
You will assist in taking appropriate action to deal with anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism (AML/CFT) matters and provide secretariat functions for an ongoing risk project.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting with the recording and reconciliation of data in respect of AML/CFT supervision
  • Coordinate meetings and workshop across entities
  • Accurate minute taking in respect of such meetings and workshops
  • Act as the liaison between different stakeholders
  • Ensuring there is robust record keeping of work undertaken which is filed and organised appropriately
  • General administrative tasks that may be required
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with professional bodies and law enforcement agencies externally.
  • Help ensure internal systems and procedures are adhered to, including any relevant procedures and intelligence systems.
  • Work on special ad-hoc projects as identified.
 
Key Skills & Experience
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills including minute taking.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organisational skills, including accuracy, attention to detail and record keeping and filing.
  • Educated to GCSE level or above and/or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to accurately input data.
  • The ability and willingness to learn and undertake new skills.
  • Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Experience of working within an office environment and/or as part of a team would be desirable.
