Our client seeks a Contact Centre Customer Service Senior Admin to join their team
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to a variety of general 'cradle to grave' customer and IFA requests via telephone and e-mail including policy information, valuations, and transaction history.
- Action customer and IFA requests on first contact where possible.
- Production of quotations.
- Make proactive customer calls ahead of maturity.
- Action Letter of Authority requests.
- Production of IFA reporting as requested.
- Allocation of customer and IFA requests to back office teams to process where required.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
- Good numerical skills.
- Not necessarily experience of/from a Financial background.
