Our client seeks a Contact Centre Customer Service Senior Admin to join their team
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to a variety of general 'cradle to grave' customer and IFA requests via telephone and e-mail including policy information, valuations, and transaction history.
  • Action customer and IFA requests on first contact where possible.
  • Production of quotations.
  • Make proactive customer calls ahead of maturity.
  • Action Letter of Authority requests.
  • Production of IFA reporting as requested.
  • Allocation of customer and IFA requests to back office teams to process where required.
 
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).  
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Good numerical skills.
  • Not necessarily experience of/from a Financial background.
