Are you ready to take the next step in your Insurance career? Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated General Insurance Clerk to become a valued member of their team, within a well-established Insurance Company on the Isle of Man with connections further afield, this is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop.
 
Role Overview:
As a General Insurance Clerk, you'll be at the heart of client interactions. Your responsibilities will include providing quotes, setting up policies, handling mid-term adjustments (MTAs), processing endorsements, managing claims, and processing cancellations.
 
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in general or commercial Insurance is essential.
  • Familiarity with the Open GI system is highly desirable, although experience with alternative systems will also be considered.
  • Holding a Cert CII or higher is a plus, and candidates currently working towards this certification are encouraged to apply.
  • You'll need to be flexible, working both in the branch and on rotation in the call centre.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are a must, alongside a proven record for delivering excellent customer service.
  • You'll be highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
