Our client seeks a Legal Secretary to join their team.
Role Profile:
We are seeking a secretary to join a Douglas Law office and provide secretarial support across the departments within a busy firm. The work covers many different areas and you would be part of a team consisting of two other secretaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audio typing, preparing, and amending draft documents.
- Making and receiving telephone calls and dealing with emails.
- Making appointments and assisting with queries.
- Photocopying, filing and general office duties including opening files and preparing completed file storage.
- Providing reception cover when needed.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience as a secretary and understanding of the need for confidentiality.
- Well-organised, careful, conscientious approach.
- Punctual and efficient, with strong communication skills both with colleagues and clients
- A team player, but with the ability to use initiative to work independently
- Good literacy skills and numeracy skills.
