Management Systems Manager (ESG & ISO)
Location: Isle of Man (preferred)
 
Are you an experienced professional in sustainability management systems with a passion for ESG and ISO frameworks?  
We are looking for a Management Systems Manager to lead the development, implementation and oversight of ESG and ISO initiatives within an industry-leading engineering and manufacturing business.
 
About the Role
As a Management Systems Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving sustainability strategies and accreditation processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will align ESG and ISO management systems with the company's strategic direction.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate ESG strategy and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead the development and harmonisation of ISO accreditation processes across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple locations to establish effective policies, frameworks and strategies that support sustainability goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and identify key performance indicators related to ESG and ISO compliance.
  • Manage the timely completion of accreditations and system audits across the organisation.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports to meet both internal and external regulatory requirements.
 
What We're Looking For
  • Degree qualified in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sustainability management systems within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, CDP, TCFD, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical, research and organisational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders across different functions.
  • Proactive, results-driven and detail-oriented with a flexible and creative approach to problem-solving.
