Our client seeks a Revenue Control Administrator to join their team.
You will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Review billing reports to identify and rectify any inaccuracies.
- Ensure billing is completed accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Oversee both commercial and domestic accounts.
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service.
- Apply payments to accounts daily.
- Complete daily Direct Debit runs.
- Clear ADDACS and unpaid transactions daily.
- Conduct timely Direct Debit reviews.
- Follow the dunning and enforcement process.
- Monitor billing sequences to guarantee timely and correct month-end and year-end reporting.
- Manage and monitor the Consecutive Estimate, Non-Sign Up, and No Usage spreadsheets.
- Process credit checks and refunds.
- Ensure daily postal dispatch.
