Our client seeks a Revenue Control Administrator to join their team.
 
You will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier administrative support.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Review billing reports to identify and rectify any inaccuracies.​
  • Ensure billing is completed accurately on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.​
  • Oversee both commercial and domestic accounts.​
  • Ensure all customers receive exceptional service.​
  • Apply payments to accounts daily.​
  • Complete daily Direct Debit runs.​
  • Clear ADDACS and unpaid transactions daily.​
  • Conduct timely Direct Debit reviews.​
  • Follow the dunning and enforcement process.​
  • Monitor billing sequences to guarantee timely and correct month-end and year-end reporting.​
  • Manage and monitor the Consecutive Estimate, Non-Sign Up, and No Usage spreadsheets.​
  • Process credit checks and refunds.​
  • Ensure daily postal dispatch.​
