Our client seeks a Senior Administrator to join their team.
Role Profile
The Senior Administrator will take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to clients, intermediaries and stakeholders, in support of the Client Directors.
The role holder will work to identify and mitigate risk across their span of control and to ensure high standards of client service. The Senior Administrator will promote the business and its objectives, whilst driving morale by providing support and guidance (technical and otherwise) to their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality service to all clients, intermediaries and stakeholders to ensure longevity of relationships
- Provide technical and other support to the team
- Interact directly with clients and be responsible for client communication and the statutory maintenance of the portfolio
- Identify client needs and deliver opportunities to drive up levels of client service
- Seek new business opportunities
- Deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard
- Achieve personal targets as set out for the role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management
- Support the Client Directors in understanding and acting upon the profitability of the client book by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities
- Support the team in coaching more junior colleagues to build understanding and familiarity
- Support the line management in driving appropriate behaviour and take action to ensure agreed business risk targets are met.
- Help to ensure that the Company is compliant with local regulatory requirements
- Use technical capability to identify and mitigate risk
Key Skills & Experience
- Significant industry experience
- Hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification
- Expected to maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification
- Able to demonstrate first class service to high net worth clients
- Excellent technical competency and the ability to impart that knowledge to others effectively
- A proven track record in technical and complex transactions for their clients
- Flexible and professional
- Able to meet strict deadlines
- Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Self-motivated and focussed on exceeding targets and goals
- Excellent English and Communication skills
- An understanding of other languages is desirable
