We're working with a respected and long-established Life Assurance provider based on the Isle of Man and they're looking for a Team Leader who's ready to make a real impact.
The Opportunity
This isn't just another team leader role-it's your chance to lead a high-performing, fast-paced client services team that truly puts people first. You'll guide a group responsible for delivering outstanding client administration and communications, all while championing service excellence, innovation and collaboration.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading & Inspiring - Create a positive, engaging team environment where everyone thrives. You'll set clear goals, provide mentorship and lead by example.
Driving Performance - Monitor key metrics, support development plans and ensure your team consistently delivers at the highest level.
Owning Compliance & Risk - Use your knowledge of AML and risk management to keep things running safely, smoothly and by the book.
Collaborating Across Teams - Work closely with Compliance, Legal and Risk to streamline operations and continuously improve how things are done.

✅ A background in customer service, financial services, or life assurance
✅ A passion for developing people and improving processes
✅ A proactive mindset and confident decision-making skills
✅ A good understanding of compliance and regulatory practices (AML/KYC knowledge a big plus!)
